Within the Public Sector vertical, V Group focuses on becoming an approved supplier through USA Federal and State contracts, aiming to secure at least three additional contract vehicles annually. The team continually enhances its understanding of Public Sector client requirements and operating environments to maximize client investment returns.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Proposal Writer based in the Bhopal office with 2-5 years of experience in proposal writing, particularly in the Public Sector and US Government context. The role requires producing professionally crafted proposal content that clearly communicates the company's value proposition while effectively meeting demanding deadlines.

Working Hours

• Primary shift: 06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST
• Secondary shift: 05:00 PM IST to 01:00 AM EST

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proposal responses for Public Sector contracts including Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Task Order levels.
• Conduct storyboard sessions with bid and proposal teams along with key stakeholders.
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.
• Research, plan, develop, and write compliant and compelling technical proposal content.
• Collaborate proactively with subject matter experts.
• Support the Bid/Proposal Manager in proposal development.
• Identify and adapt existing pre-written content for relevance.
• Ensure delivery of proposal responses by deadlines, escalating issues as needed.
• Provide proposal strategy guidance and ongoing support.
• Ensure adherence to pursuit proposal processes to guarantee high-quality submissions.
• Design or recommend graphics to enhance proposal documents.
• Develop qualification documents, presentations, and other supporting materials.
• Maintain quality by using templates and ensuring consistency in tone and readability.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure successful proposal submissions.
• Manage proposal content storage for future reuse.

Qualifications and Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience preparing responses for Federal IT projects, staffing RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Proficient in analyzing solicitation documents to develop response outlines and compliance matrices.
• Skilled in creating boilerplate content and maintaining past performance databases.
• Experience dealing with State, Federal, and Commercial customers.
• Familiarity with the Staff Augmentation process.
• Strong prioritization and time management abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with diverse audiences via phone and email.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience in coordinating and maintaining knowledge base systems is advantageous.
