Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead various projects within Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Network domains. This role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and third parties to ensure successful delivery. Financial management and commercial contract navigation are key responsibilities. Due to client requirements, candidates must be Australian citizens and eligible for security clearances such as baseline or NV1.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping and planning activities to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Manage and guide project teams for effective project execution.
• Proactively oversee stakeholder expectations, risks, and issues throughout project life cycles.
• Maintain project governance standards and consistent reporting practices.
• Perform professional invoicing and billing operations related to projects.
• Support and mentor other project management team members.
• Champion Agile methodologies using standardized tools.
• Adapt to various roles within Datacom to support dynamic business needs and broaden expertise.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years of senior-level project management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing end-to-end IT infrastructure projects using Agile; experience with Waterfall is advantageous.
• Exposure to delivering cybersecurity projects and programs is beneficial.
• Broad expertise managing technology projects across infrastructures and enterprise applications, particularly in managed services or enterprise environments.
• Strong financial acumen to handle budgets and commercial contracts effectively.
• Experience with project invoicing is considered a plus.
• Proven leadership in managing project teams and engaging enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Skilled in project reporting, risk management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and ServiceNow.
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are advantageous.
