Senior Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex client initiatives. This role involves managing all facets of project delivery including budgets, risks, change management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure outcomes align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, management, and execution of multifaceted projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee maintaining and controlling project budgets, evaluate resource allocation, and optimize financial performance and profitability.
• Serve as an expert in the product and domain, collaborating with clients to define requirements and guide stakeholders effectively.
• Proactively identify risks and deploy risk mitigation plans; resolve issues to maintain project trajectory.
• Act as the main liaison for principal clients and senior stakeholders, fostering trust and open communication.
• Handle changes impacting timelines, costs, resources, and deliverables promptly and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively across various teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met successfully.
• Spot and pursue opportunities to expand client engagements and increase service offerings.
• Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors to guarantee project delivery success.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 6 to 8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent blend of education and professional exposure.
• Demonstrated expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Competent in managing project finances, risks, change processes, and achieving desired outcomes.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
• Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly valued.
