Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to spearhead complex, high-value initiatives targeted at strategic clients. This role involves overseeing multi-million AED projects with multiple vendors, partners, and stakeholders to guarantee outstanding delivery, commercial success, and client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of significant and intricate projects and programs from start to finish.
• Lead and synchronize efforts of multiple vendors, subcontractors, and implementation partners across various project segments.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth and successful execution.
• Assume full responsibility for the commercial and financial results of the assigned programs, including revenue, profitability, and compliance with contractual terms.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with executive sponsors, strategic clients, and senior stakeholders.
• Implement governance frameworks and ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
• Manage resource allocation and interdisciplinary team collaboration to meet delivery goals.
• Deliver regular reports to executives, provide updates to steering committees, and share performance insights.
• Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making processes among internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Guide and mentor project teams, while promoting continuous enhancements in project delivery approaches.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in leading complex project and program executions.
• Proven expertise managing multi-vendor and multi-million AED projects.
• Strong background in delivering large-scale projects for enterprise or government sectors.
• Demonstrated skills in handling commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of projects.
• Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders, including executive and C-suite engagement.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or closely related discipline.

Desirable Certifications and Experience

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP are highly preferred.
• Experience collaborating with system integrators, technology partners, and managing intricate delivery ecosystems.
• Background in leading strategic transformation, digital, technology, or infrastructure programs.
