About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end development of consumer electronics products, including computer and mobile accessories, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Oversee every stage of the product lifecycle: hardware and software development, packaging design, testing and qualification, safety compliance, and supply chain coordination.
- Facilitate project planning sessions, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to meet project goals effectively.
- Ensure all projects adhere to timelines, manage costs diligently, and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout.
- Lead project reviews to identify process improvements and implement enhancements to optimize project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in project management focused on product development or engineering.
- Familiarity with the consumer electronics industry is highly desirable.
- Experience collaborating with manufacturers, suppliers, and external partners to fulfill project objectives.
- A proactive self-starter with a proven record of successfully bringing outstanding products to market.
- Knowledgeable in key areas such as hardware and software development, packaging design, testing protocols, safety standards, and supply chain processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to undertake business-related travel as needed.
