Overview
Join the Partner Growth Experience (PGX) team within EU INTech as a Senior Product Manager Technical (PMT), spearheading innovation for partner-focused technology solutions across Amazon's global marketplaces. You will be entrusted with leading strategic product efforts that directly drive vendor success and support Amazon’s expansion in Europe.
Role Scope
As a Senior PMT, you will craft the product vision and roadmap for tools and platforms enabling thousands of vendors to enhance their presence on Amazon. Your work will intertwine technology, business strategy, and an obsession with customer needs, collaborating closely with engineering, UX designers, and multi-regional stakeholders to produce scalable, high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for vendor-facing systems, translating business requirements into technical specifications and prioritizing features appropriately.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor evaluations, and customer insights gathering to uncover growth avenues for vendor adoption across EU markets.
- Develop and align a 3-year strategic product plan with EU INTech and International Stores objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering to determine technical architecture, including make vs. buy decisions ensuring system scalability and future-readiness.
- Partner with UX teams to design user-centric, data-driven experiences that minimize friction and enhance vendor engagement.
- Engage with business and retail stakeholders across EU regions to synchronize product objectives with organizational goals.
- Create comprehensive product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide software development teams.
- Oversee agile development workflows including sprint planning, backlog management, and timely release coordination.
- Balance product scope, schedule, and quality using data-informed decision-making while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Establish key performance indicators and measurement frameworks to monitor product adoption, impact, and vendor experience improvements.
- Analyze data including A/B testing outcomes to iteratively refine product performance and deliver enhanced business results.
- Report product status, achievements, and return on investment to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Monitor emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and generative AI to integrate innovative solutions into vendor tools.
- Participate in technical design reviews, contributing product insights on system architecture and integrations.
- Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to diverse audiences including executives and cross-functional teams.
- Manage competing priorities and negotiate trade-offs to achieve alignment among multiple stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships within EU and global teams to foster alignment and mitigate blockers.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience leading product roadmap development and strategic planning.
- Track record managing feature delivery and prioritization trade-offs.
- Involvement in engineering discussions concerning technology choices related to product development.
- Experience managing complex technical products or online service platforms.
- Capability to represent diverse critical customer and stakeholder interests during executive-level prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau, QlikView, or Amazon QuickSight.
- Experience in developing and facilitating adoption of new product tools.
