Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our Observability team, focusing on logs and log analytics. Your expertise in the observability field will drive enhancements to provide our customers a seamless, comprehensive logs experience across application and infrastructure monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance logs analytics functionalities in line with company and organizational strategies.
- Lead the entire lifecycle of logs collection, ingestion, and management.
- Develop advanced features aimed at modern SREs, including GenAI integration, agentic workflows, automated SLO/SLI tracking from logs, intelligent alerting, and correlation of logs, metrics, and traces.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Design, Sales, and Marketing for product development, go-to-market initiatives, messaging, competitive analysis, and feature adoption.
- Monitor user engagement and feedback to guide ongoing product and feature improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum three years of experience in product management or related fields.
- Technical proficiency in log analytics.
- Expertise in observability or performance monitoring domains.
- Ability to translate abstract challenges into actionable, prioritized solutions from a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen interest in industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence is advantageous.

Compensation Details
The compensation package consists of base salary only, with no variable pay components. Salary ranges from €85,600 to €135,500 EUR per year, determined by professional experience, skill level, role alignment, and complexity.
