Senior Product Manager

Position Overview

Corpay seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Plugsurfing division in Berlin, Germany. This role will focus on managing a portfolio of customer-facing products and platform features within the International Vehicles Payments business line. The mission is to advance electric mobility by delivering streamlined EV charging solutions to drivers, fleets, automotive manufacturers, and business partners. The role reports to the Head of Product and demands close partnership with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations, Customer Success, and other Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the product roadmap, effectively balancing customer desires, business priorities, technical possibilities, and product vision
• Engage with automotive OEMs, e-mobility providers, fleet service suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders to grasp business requirements
• Convert customer challenges, market opportunities, and technical constraints into detailed user stories, product specs, and prioritized backlogs
• Collaborate with engineering managers, software engineers, designers, and cross-functional groups to ensure delivery of high-quality product features from conception through deployment
• Coordinate with Product Managers, Commercial, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align product strategies organization-wide
• Facilitate go-to-market efforts by creating product messaging, internal enablement documentation, rollout strategies, and customer-facing materials
• Utilize AI tools to analyze user data, speed up product discovery, develop requirements, prototype solutions, and enhance delivery efficiency
• Define, monitor, and optimize key product metrics such as adoption, conversion rates, client satisfaction, revenue contribution, and operational performance
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Constantly seek ways to improve products, introduce innovations, and enrich customer experience

Qualifications and Skills

• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management, including SaaS, platform products, APIs, mobility, fintech, automotive, or e-mobility sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
• Robust technical knowledge enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and understanding of technical trade-offs
• Experience overseeing APIs, platform products, or complex technical software
• Proven track record of direct involvement with enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders throughout product discovery and implementation
• Strong capabilities in defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, prioritizing work, and delivering customer-centered solutions
• Familiarity with AI tools applied within product management to enhance discovery, analysis, documentation, and delivery processes
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory

Compensation Details

The gross annual salary ranges between €79,000 and €100,000, with the final figure dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications. Corpay follows a transparent and equitable pay structure consistent with EU equal pay laws. Variable pay and other benefits, if applicable, will be discussed during recruitment.
