Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will be instrumental in steering UpGuard's product vision and strategic roadmap. This role involves collaboration with diverse teams to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions that solve real problems and provide measurable business value. Ideal candidates are passionate about creating products with a strong blend of strategic insight, technical understanding, and design awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for critical components of the UpGuard platform, overseeing product initiatives from concept to launch while ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to build and release products that meet customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Translate insights from customer challenges and market opportunities into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Work closely with Design to create intuitive user experiences and maintain platform design consistency.
• Prioritize workload by balancing customer demands, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Promote a customer-first culture by deeply understanding user pain points and advocating for effective solutions.
• Present product vision, progress, and strategies to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Utilize performance metrics to measure product success and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support a culture of continuous testing, learning, and iterative development.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, preferably within SaaS or tech-driven environments.
• Strong team collaboration skills across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading complex product initiatives from inception through delivery.
• Knowledge of UX principles and experience working with design teams.
• Comfortable using data and metrics for product decision-making.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or credentials in security, compliance, or related fields.
• Exposure to security operations, governance, risk management, compliance, or audit processes.
• Interest or background in design thinking and user experience design.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and solutions.
• Experience with API integrations or data-driven product development.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities within product strategies.
