Senior Product Manager, Amazon Now

About the Role

Amazon Now is seeking a dynamic and analytically minded Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of customer-centric products within the Quick Commerce segment in the MENAT region. This key position involves defining the product vision and roadmap with a focus on Search, Discovery, and Personalization customer experience (CX) for Amazon Now.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the complete product lifecycle for search relevance, ranking, discovery, and personalized CX initiatives.
• Monitor customer experience and business performance metrics to uncover gaps, identify root causes, and implement timely enhancements.
• Deeply analyze customer behavior to design effective CX solutions addressing identified pain points.
• Independently make user experience decisions, including visual and interaction designs, without reliance on UX designers.
• Utilize artificial intelligence to expedite feature launches, enhance CX design quality, and integrate AI-driven functionalities.
• Design and conduct experiments rapidly using Amazon’s experimentation framework to validate hypotheses and iterate products.
• Develop clear product requirement documents, PRFAQs, and business cases to influence interdisciplinary teams and secure alignment.
• Perform benchmarking against regional and global competitors in quick commerce to elevate product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of product management experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-technology environments.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Experience in building, deploying, and scaling AI-driven products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Background in collaborating across varied teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
