The Senior Product Manager for the AI Platform at DISCO will lead the strategy and execution of the company's centralized AI infrastructure. This role entails managing a dynamic, high-velocity team in Gurugram and collaborating with US-based counterparts to develop innovative, reusable services that underpin legal solutions across DISCO's offerings. The position bridges technical research and production realities, shaping the AI platform roadmap based on customer and business needs, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and defensibility.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery efforts by working closely with engineers to convert research endeavors into ready-to-deploy services rapidly.
- Develop the infrastructure roadmap by collaborating with engineering and product teams to implement plug-and-play services that empower feature teams.
- Ensure broad adoption of platform services across DISCO, measuring success through efficiency gains and cost optimizations in legal technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years in Product Management, with experience scaling internal platforms that support multiple business units at an enterprise level, including backend services, developer platforms, or AI-driven features.
- Expertise in driving B2B platform strategies by translating complex stakeholder demands into clear, actionable roadmaps aligned with measurable results.
- Proven leadership in delivering outcomes by breaking down complex challenges into manageable goals with an emphasis on speed-to-market and return on investment over technical perfection.
- Strong global collaboration skills, comfortable managing projects and leading teams across significant timezone differences (CST to IST) through asynchronous communication.
- Technical proficiency to engage in architectural discussions involving retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI model lifecycles, and vector databases, while maintaining user-centric focus.
Preferred Skills
- Successful track record of delivering large-scale AI products targeted at enterprise users.
- Experience in legal technology or deep familiarity with the legal industry domain.
Core Competencies at DISCO

- Commitment to prioritizing and delivering the most impactful new products and experiences on time and with high quality.
- Ownership mentality, taking responsibility for measurable results from inception through continuous iteration.
