Role Significance

Our software forms the backbone of ecoplanet’s operations, and as a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of a critical product segment. You will create the strategic roadmap, work closely with engineering and design teams, and deliver solutions that our clients value. Developing an in-depth understanding of the energy market and customer needs will enable you to make impactful business decisions that fuel ecoplanet’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive insight into the German energy sector and customer priorities, forming a unique perspective on key growth opportunities.
• Assume complete responsibility for a product area, guiding its roadmap and collaborating with technology and design teams to maintain momentum.
• Drive impactful enhancements to the core product by pinpointing and addressing critical gaps.
• Lead the lifecycle of a new product or major feature, from concept through to launch and post-launch ownership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum five years in product management with a proven record of launching products that generated tangible business value beyond simple features.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, with deep understanding of its operational and business mechanics.
• Background in developing data-centric products, where data and its insights represent the primary offering.
• Strong expertise in discovery and delivery processes, adept at problem identification, validation, and solution deployment.
• Entrepreneurial problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized and self-driven with strong accountability.
• Advanced proficiency in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level) communication.
• Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and adjusting priorities effectively while maintaining alignment.
• Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and make informed trade-off decisions.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application to enhance workflows.
• Previous experience in the energy industry is an advantage.
