Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at 1inch, you will lead strategy, vision, and delivery for the Swap product alongside other offerings. Your role involves identifying growth opportunities, prioritizing investments, and driving ongoing enhancements that yield tangible value for customers and the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for Swap and related products, translating company objectives, user needs, and market trends into prioritized initiatives with measurable results.
• Define unique DeFi value propositions by balancing immediate optimizations with long-term development, making investment decisions considering customer impact, business outcomes, feasibility, and risks.
• Leverage deep understanding of DeFi markets including liquidity, routing, pricing, transaction execution, and blockchain operations to cater to traders, liquidity providers, market makers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor protocol updates, competitor activity, user expectations, and blockchain innovations to spot opportunities and manage risks related to security, market dynamics, protocols, and operations.
• Utilize AI tools such as Cursor AI for market intelligence, competitor evaluation, customer insights, product discovery, and performance analysis, establishing repeatable workflows that integrate data, evidence, and expert judgement.
• Translate insights into prioritized proposals with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and expected outcomes, while validating AI-generated data against standards related to accuracy, security, privacy, confidentiality, and governance.
• Lead product discovery initiatives involving customer research, data examination, experimentation, and market validation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to maintain and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, define requirements, acceptance criteria, outcomes, and manage dependencies and delivery risks.
• Employ analytics platforms like Dune to observe on-chain activity, product performance metrics, customer behaviors, and business results.
• Engage cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Product, Data, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, and Executive teams to navigate technical trade-offs, communicate priorities and risks, harmonize diverse needs, and make accountable decisions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of product management experience, especially leading complex digital products or platforms.
• Proven track record in defining product strategies, prioritizing investments, and consistently delivering measurable outcomes to customers and businesses.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of DeFi and Swap products, encompassing liquidity, routing mechanisms, pricing strategies, execution quality, and blockchain transaction processes.
• Experience harnessing market, competitive, customer, and product data to inform product decisions and continuous improvements.
• Advanced proficiency with AI-enabled tools such as Cursor AI applied responsibly across research, discovery, data analysis, and product delivery phases.
• Experience using Dune or similar analytics tools to analyze on-chain activities, user behavior, and market trends.
• Comprehensive understanding of APIs, data indexers, routing systems, and blockchain integrations sufficient to collaborate efficiently with Engineering teams without direct responsibility for technical architecture.
• Strong background in product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, experimentation, Agile methodologies, and leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical thinking, effective communication, stakeholder management, and robust decision-making capabilities, particularly in multifaceted or ambiguous environments.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with product analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience implementing AI-driven workflows within a product organization.
• Prior management of products servicing traders, liquidity providers, market makers, or developers.
