Role Overview
As Senior Product Manager, you will take charge of hipages' marketplace commercial model, particularly focusing on pricing, packaging, and upgrade pathways that boost monthly recurring revenue (MRR). Reporting to the senior leadership team, your mandate is to shape the value proposition for tradies, ensuring pricing strategies are effective and scalable towards FY27 goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end experiences for subscriptions and add-ons, driving growth in MRR aligned with FY27 targets.
- Define and optimize subscription pricing structures and package tiers, including cost and customer movement strategies.
- Identify, validate, and launch high-impact pricing and packaging initiatives starting with entry-level tradie packages.
- Establish a repeatable framework for discovering, testing, and scaling value-generating opportunities instead of one-time successes.
- Lead rigorous experimentation with clear hypotheses, robust methodologies, and transparent results trusted enterprise-wide.
- Integrate AI technologies into workflows and product evaluations to enhance efficiency and cost awareness.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years’ experience in product management, particularly handling cross-functional teams that deliver marketplace or B2C commercial software products.
- Proven ownership of pricing, packaging, or subscription products with measurable outcomes such as revenue growth or increased customer value.
- Extensive experience designing and executing A/B tests with meaningful financial consequences and precise interpretation of results.
- Competent in data analysis tools like Databricks or equivalents, enabling independent product inquiry resolution.
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations effectively.
