Mars Ventures is searching for an experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead the strategic development, validation, and expansion of venture-backed digital products. This role demands working at the nexus of business, technology, and design to evolve nascent ideas into organized, scalable platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and convey a compelling product vision aligned with venture goals and growth targets.
• Convert market analysis, customer feedback, and validation findings into well-defined product roadmaps.
• Manage sprint planning activities and collaborate intensively with engineering, design, and growth teams.
• Rank and prioritize features by evaluating their business value, feasibility, and scalability.
• Define and track vital metrics such as activation rates, retention, revenue, and user engagement.
• Lead ongoing product improvements through data analysis, testing, and user feedback.
• Oversee successful market launches by coordinating efforts with marketing, operations, and executive management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years in product management within rapidly scaling enterprises.
• Track record of delivering and growing SaaS or digital platform products.
• Strong analytical skills and effective decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication proficiency and proven leadership across various teams.
