Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager position centers on driving the strategy and execution of user-facing products within BIT’s digital asset platform. The role demands a strong focus on creating intuitive, engaging user experiences aligned with customer needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and continuously refine product strategies and roadmaps for user-centric products that align with business aims and market demands.
- Lead user research initiatives to understand customer pain points and convert insights into impactful product enhancements.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver superior and user-centered product solutions.
- Conduct competitive market assessments to maintain leading product positioning.
- Develop and oversee product metrics frameworks for tracking user engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with compliance, risk, marketing, and operational teams to guarantee smooth product launches.
- Promote a culture of exceptional UX standards within the product team, elevating overall product quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated success as a Product Manager with a strong focus on user experience from leading internet, fintech, or platform companies.
- In-depth familiarity with UX principles, user research approaches, and product design processes.
- Experience with consumer-focused or institutional financial products is advantageous.
- A data-driven mindset with robust analytical capabilities to translate data insights into product strategies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is mandatory.
