Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and key success metrics for major product domains.
• Analyze customer challenges and business needs to design impactful product solutions.
• Lead all phases of the product life cycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to create scalable, user-focused products.
• Leverage data, market insights, customer feedback, and product performance indicators to steer decision-making.
• Prioritize initiatives by evaluating customer benefit, business impact, technical feasibility, and growth potential.
• Enhance product adoption, user engagement, operational efficiency, and driving measurable business results.
• Work alongside senior leadership to ensure alignment of product goals with Pidge’s strategic growth and business targets.

Desired Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of product management experience with comprehensive ownership of product development.
• Background in B2B, SaaS, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, marketplace, mobility, fintech, or platform-based companies is advantageous.
• Exceptional product intuition to distill complex problems into elegant solutions.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a commercial mindset and understanding of product/business metrics.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
• Ability to excel in a fast-moving, ambiguous, high-responsibility work environment.
