About the Role
We seek a strategic and driven Product Marketing Manager to operate at the crossroads of product development and marketing efforts. The role involves promoting Pidge's offerings, enhancing brand awareness, boosting product adoption and engagement, as well as identifying upselling prospects. You'll simplify complex product features into compelling messages for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Pidge's product suite, features, use cases, and target segments.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to stay updated on launches and improvements.
- Formulate positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze competitive landscape to improve product visibility and adoption.
- Plan and execute in-product marketing initiatives to drive feature utilization.
- Promote Value-Added Services (VAS) and seek cross-sell and upsell possibilities.
- Craft in-app communication content: banners, pop-ups, tooltips, notifications, etc.
- Design campaigns across multiple channels including in-app, email, and WhatsApp.
- Produce varied product-related content such as pages, announcements, emails, brochures, blogs, presentations, FAQs, and case studies.
- Translate intricate product concepts into clear, customer-beneficial messages.
- Develop sales enablement materials like pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and FAQs.
- Leverage AI tools extensively for research, content creation, personalization, and experimentation to optimize marketing impact.
- Investigate AI-enabled workflows to enhance the efficiency and quality of product marketing.
- Gather and analyze customer pain points, use cases, and requirements in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Perform competitor and market research to generate actionable insights and messaging.
- Monitor KPIs such as product adoption, engagement, feature use, VAS uptake, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
- Conduct tests across messaging and platforms to continually refine campaigns.
Profile & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing sectors including SaaS, technology, logistics, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles, product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approaches.
- Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
- Skilled at simplifying complex product information for diverse audiences.
- Proven cross-functional teamwork with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving expertise, and ability to execute plans effectively.
- Practical experience in using AI-driven tools for content generation and marketing.
- Preferred experience in SaaS, logistics technology, or enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with product-led growth, in-product marketing strategies, upselling, cross-selling, and customer lifecycle marketing is a plus.
- Comfortable with CRM, analytics, and various marketing technologies.
