Position Overview

We seek a Senior Product Manager to lead development of user-oriented products serving hundreds of thousands of legal professionals. This role involves ownership of one of our major product segments, such as drafting tools, tabular review, task management, or legal research and regulatory solutions. The focus is on creating innovative, ground-up (0-to-1) products that redefine legal technology, particularly through AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a core user-facing product domain.
• Develop new products and features from initial concept through launch and iterative improvement, grounded in user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to produce polished AI-driven user experiences with high standards.
• Gain deep understanding of legal professionals' workflows to translate their needs into clear, opinionated product decisions.
• Leverage AI as a foundational technology to shape how legal practitioners work with and trust AI solutions.
• Conduct experiments, measure key metrics, and prioritize product development based on data and qualitative feedback.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-growing company while balancing speed, quality, and strong user focus.

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level product management experience with a focus on user-facing products in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven success creating impactful 0-to-1 products that significantly enhance user experiences.
• Practical expertise developing AI-native products where artificial intelligence is central to the user interface and functionality.
• Strong capability to combine qualitative insights with quantitative data for effective product decision-making.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, working collaboratively with design, engineering, and cross-functional partners.
