Job Overview

We seek a seasoned Senior Product Manager with 7 to 12 years of professional experience exclusively in top-tier B2C product companies, prioritizing FinTech and InsuranceTech verticals. Applicants must be based in or near Pune. This role emphasizes ownership of consumer-facing product surfaces such as apps, web funnels, onboarding processes, or checkout systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product ownership with a focus on FinTech growth and conversion verticals.
Serve as the principal liaison connecting business leaders, technology teams, design units, and external collaborators, effectively managing communication about roadmaps, priorities, trade-offs, and performance metrics with senior stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed product documentation including problem briefs, PRD-lite or user stories, experiment plans, and decision logs.
Drive Agile delivery processes leveraging comprehensive knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools.

Experience and Skills Requirements

Minimum 7 years of product management experience, with the recent 3 years demonstrating ownership over consumer-facing platforms.
Proven success in data-driven growth, showing consistent improvement through metrics, regular experimentation (A/B testing, rollouts), and strong analytical competence in funnel, cohort, causal analysis, and metric hygiene.
Deep familiarity and habitual use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity integrated into daily product management practices.
Previous employment at leading B2C product companies, especially in FinTech or InsuranceTech domains.
Residency in Pune or nearby locations is mandatory.
