Senior Product Designer

Overview of Impact

As a Product Designer at Finanzfluss, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products don't just work well but truly inspire users. Your design decisions will influence how hundreds of thousands of people manage their finances.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the design of multiple features across various products, ensuring clarity, usability, and high visual standards at every user interaction point.
• Independently manage projects from initial research through concept development and exploration to final design delivery with precise handoff to the engineering team.
• Collaborate actively on maintaining and improving our existing design system, enhancing scalability and exploring ways to leverage AI integration.
• Create interactive prototypes that make product ideas tangible and clearly communicate design intent.
• Work closely with the current design team sharing product ownership and contributing to the evolution of product design.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Between 3 to 6 years of experience in product design, specifically for mobile applications, with an emphasis on complex, data-driven products.
• A strong eye for compelling design, deep knowledge of established design principles, and a commitment to raising the team's design standards continuously.
• A portfolio demonstrating not only design quality but also your design thinking and problem-solving process.
• System thinking abilities to identify cross-product features and create consistent user experiences beyond individual screens.
• Proficiency with common design and prototyping tools, plus solid experience in developing and maintaining design systems.
• Proactive exploration and application of AI tools within the design workflow and comfort in using technical tools to enhance AI integration.
• Bonus: Experience in the financial or SaaS sectors and a passion for translating complex topics into simple, user-friendly products.
