Role Overview

The Product team at Revolut crafts the user experiences behind our financial products by transforming intricate challenges into smooth, scalable features. As a Platform Product Designer, you will develop and optimize internal tools and systems critical to our operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design sophisticated internal platforms supporting global operations, compliance, customer assistance, and AI-related workflows.
• Map out comprehensive system behaviors, states, and interactions across multi-step and edge-case scenarios.
• Create scalable UI/UX design patterns that balance usability, speed, and technical feasibility for internal tools.
• Translate fragmented or complex technical requirements into coherent product logic and user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers to harmonize product design.
• Analyze and eliminate bottlenecks in internal processes by redesigning for scale and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years designing exceptional in-house products, with a preference for internal tool or platform experience.
• Portfolio showcasing design work involving complex systems or product challenges.
• Strong competence in web platform design.
• Strategic thinking about product vision and clear communication of design rationale.
• Understanding technical impacts in design, especially back-end influenced workflows.
• Ownership and leadership in driving design processes.
• Focus on user experience with insight into operational user behavior.
• Comfort designing heavy data interfaces, managing complex states, tables, and workflows efficiently.
• Knowledge of typography and grid systems.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related technical domain.
• Basic programming skills enabling coding of simple prototypes.
• Experience designing and sustaining cross-platform design systems.
• Background working in dynamic startup environments.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms.
