Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product design squads and significantly influence the crypto user experience. This role presents an opportunity to design intuitive, visually pleasing, and trustworthy experiences that set industry standards. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to turn concepts into compelling design-driven solutions for a global audience, playing a leading role in both customer-facing and business-facing design efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead innovation on user interaction-heavy and socially-driven features to enhance user experience and drive adoption and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify core problems and create user-focused design solutions from ideation through implementation.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and perform evaluative research to inform product development.
• Work alongside UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design direction within your area of responsibility.
• Raise design quality by seeking feedback through design reviews, presentations, and workshops, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Proven experience designing engaging consumer-facing platforms or features with emphasis on visual and interaction design.

• Expertise in creating designs for user-to-user interactive features.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to delivering pixel-perfect user interface designs.
• Innovative thinker adept at both micro-interactions and comprehensive user journey design.
• Minimum three years of experience collaborating in tech teams to deliver impactful end-to-end design solutions.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas and defend design decisions.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Ability to prototype interactions and micro-transitions to effectively convey design intent.
• Familiarity with design systems for maintaining visual consistency across products.
• Experience interpreting user data, behavioral analytics, or A/B testing results to inform design.
• Comfort with distributed teams and managing communication across different time zones.
• Educational background in Fine Arts, Graphic/Visual Design, or related design disciplines at Bachelor's or Master's level.
