Senior Product Designer, Client Engagement

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Client Engagement Group, which offers tools to help entrepreneurs manage and expand their customer relationships. This group includes CRM and Automation systems, transforming complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

What You Will Do

• Convert intricate features such as multi-step automations and detailed contact data into clear and straightforward interfaces.
• Design with practical business logic in mind, creating user experiences that manage triggers, branching workflows, and customer information without revealing underlying complexities.
• Lead initiatives in data visualization to present meaningful metrics like audience growth and customer engagement that drive actionable insights.
• Consider the entire customer journey from initial contact to long-term loyalty, ensuring seamless integration across the platform.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate user interactions with dynamic data, background processes, and complex user interface states.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define strategy, constraints, and deliver excellent design solutions.
• Advocate for design quality and contribute to scalable design systems that enhance team output.

Who We Are Looking For

• A professional with over six years of product design experience, showcasing a portfolio that simplifies complex systems such as workflows and data-heavy applications with user-centered approaches.
• A systems thinker capable of designing scalable solutions without neglecting the intricate details and understanding how changes affect the overall product.
• Expertise in visual and information design, adept at using hierarchy, color, and layout for improved user decision-making, especially with complex data.
• Proficiency in Figma for building reusable components and creating detailed interactive prototypes.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain design choices to team members including engineers, product managers, and leadership.
• A user-focused mindset involving user research and empathy to anticipate business owners’ needs and challenges.

Compensation

Salary range for this position is between €93,000 and €143,000 annually, depending on relevant skills, experience, and location. Eligible employees may also receive stock purchase options.
