About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Pricing Strategy Manager based in Dublin, Ireland, who will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth and refining go-to-market and product strategies for our monetization initiatives. This hybrid position combines remote work with periodic office presence, aligning with team and business requirements. The successful candidate will partner closely with marketing, sales, finance, product, and operations teams to craft innovative business models, optimize pricing and packaging for current and future offerings, enhance pricing execution, and evolve global pricing policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex pricing-driven or go-to-market initiatives independently by identifying hypotheses, framing problems, and planning resource allocation and timelines for successful rollout.
- Assess the readiness of global or regional projects for market launch, gather insights, align cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
- Produce evidence-based, data-driven recommendations to enhance pricing program activation, sales execution, financial outcomes, and revenue growth utilizing diversified research methodologies.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators for pricing programs, including deal forecasting and clear measurement of business performance.
- Address complex deal exceptions and guide teams towards operational excellence by enhancing documentation, streamlining processes, and identifying automation prospects.
- Forge strong collaborations with Strategic Finance, Sales Operations, Sales, Deal Desk, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment on pricing impacts, resource requirements, and program delivery.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- At least six years of experience in pricing, consulting, banking, or other strategic analytical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, management science, business, applied mathematics, statistics, finance, analytics, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to independently develop solutions for complex and ambiguous problems, employing advanced analytical models to formulate actionable recommendations.
- Strong ownership mentality with a track record of leading high-impact projects from inception through execution, adept at prioritizing workstreams in dynamic environments.
- Skilled in anticipating organizational needs and synthesizing insights across multiple initiatives to deliver well-founded, long-lasting strategic proposals.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to transform operations and generate insightful analytics that improve business performance.
- Competency in applying statistical principles and hypothesis-driven testing to discern complex patterns and ensure the integrity of analyses supporting business decisions.
- Expertise in financial modeling and data interpretation with the ability to translate quantitative results into significant commercial insights for executive stakeholders.
