About the Role

Join a dynamic and innovative Technology - Infrastructure team as a Senior Power Platform Administrator at MNP, a leading Canadian accounting, tax, and business advisory firm. This role involves managing, governing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform technologies to meet evolving business demands while fostering digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and govern Microsoft Power Platform and associated AI features.
  • Establish and enforce governance, security policies, environment strategies, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rules.
  • Administer platform environments and tenant configurations to ensure operations are secure, compliant, and scalable.
  • Monitor platform health, usage, capacity, and compliance, and address risks proactively.
  • Support solution deployment and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.
  • Work collaboratively with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to uphold secure platform operations.
  • Deliver advanced troubleshooting and operational assistance for platform-related challenges.
  • Create and update standards, documentation, and operational procedures.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years managing Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or similar cloud enterprise platforms.
  • At least 3 years experience handling tenant-level configuration, governance, and operations.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform administration, environment handling, security, compliance, DLP controls, and Dataverse security.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or similar technologies, including AI governance and risk oversight.
  • Familiarity with application lifecycle management and solution deployment governance.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure (Entra ID), and enterprise integration standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex platform issues.
  • Excellent communication skills facilitating collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Preferred qualifications include Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure administration, and experience with governance frameworks and enterprise-scale adoption of Power Platform and related AI solutions.
  • Awareness of monitoring tools such as Power Platform Admin Center analytics or CoE Starter Kit is advantageous.
