Senior Power BI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from anywhere in India. The position requires 5 to 10 years of professional experience specializing in Power BI and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with expertise in DAX, SQL, and data modeling techniques.
• Design, implement, and optimize efficient SQL queries and complex data visualizations.
• Perform migrations from Tableau to Power BI platforms successfully.
• Apply row-level security (RLS) policies to control access within reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
• Implement intricate business logic, workflows, and integrate functionalities across Power Platform applications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform tools effectively.
• Communicate clearly and work effectively within the team and with clients to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong command over Power BI, including Power BI Service capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and SQL programming.
• Proficiency in data modeling concepts and relational database design.
• Experience with Tableau and conducting seamless migrations to Power BI.
• Effective problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
