Senior Planning Program Manager – EMEA Digital Transformation

Role Overview

The Senior Planning Program Manager – EMEA Digital Transformation leads the regional implementation of Kinaxis Maestro across multiple plants and business units within the EMEA region. Serving as a critical link among global programs, EMEA operations, supply chain, IT departments, and external partners, this role ensures seamless adoption of standardized planning processes and maximizes business value.

Position Summary

This position commands the complete deployment lifecycle of Kinaxis Maestro in EMEA, harmonizing with global objectives while driving regional execution, process uniformity, user engagement, and lasting operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the EMEA Kinaxis Maestro deployment strategy, including governance structures, timelines, risk assessments, and allocation of resources.
• Promote process standardization across Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory, SIOP/IBP, Capacity, Production, and Materials Planning.
• Manage coordination efforts among manufacturing sites, business units, IT teams, and implementation vendors.
• Oversee change management initiatives, comprehensive training plans, communication strategies, and ensure organizational preparedness.
• Validate master data integrity, supervise testing phases, guarantee ERP integration fidelity, and prepare for system go-live.
• Lead efforts in post-launch stabilization and drive continuous improvement endeavors.
• Track and deliver quantifiable business benefits through improved KPIs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related areas.
• Between 8 and 12+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or leading transformational projects.
• At least 5 years of experience managing extensive cross-functional programs.
• Proficiency with planning technologies including Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, Oracle APS, or comparable platforms.
• Previous experience working within manufacturing environments characterized by multiple production sites.

Travel Requirement

This role entails up to 50% travel across the region.

Salary Information

For positions based in Slovakia, the gross salary range lies between €44,394 to €55,493 per annum reflecting local market standards and legal frameworks. Compensation includes objective criteria like skillset, experience, and responsibilities, aligning with gender-neutral hiring practices. This position may be applicable in various jurisdictions with pay transparency obligations, where local salary bands will be shared accordingly.
