Senior Physical Design Engineer

Overview

Join a globally leading semiconductor company experiencing rapid growth in their GPU Silicon team. This opportunity allows you to contribute to advanced Graphics and GPU Core projects. Prior experience with GPUs is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze clocks and power delivery networks.
• Apply expert knowledge in physical implementation of semiconductor designs.
• Execute physical synthesis processes.
• Perform place and route operations on chip designs.
• Conduct power analysis and implement optimizations.
• Integrate semi-custom and custom blocks within designs.
• Participate both in implementation and in automation development for block implementation flows, plus innovate new methodologies, and evaluate and integrate vendor tools.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced team environment focused on strict timelines, power consumption constraints, and chip area efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Professional experience in physical and circuit design engineering.
• Skilled in using physical synthesis and implementation software tools.
• Strong understanding of timing and power analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with CMOS circuit design principles.
