Key Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and oversee penetration testing engagements internally, operating with moderate supervision from senior colleagues. Obtain approval of plans and execute them independently with attention to exploiting complex scenarios, utilizing stealth and evasion techniques.
• Collect and analyze engagement requirements autonomously to draft precise documentation and timetable engagements. Assist in preparing detailed plans guiding the execution of tasks by other team members under senior individuals' mentorship.
• Conduct intricate intelligence data assessment to identify risks, targets, and vulnerabilities. Lead coordination meetings with internal stakeholders and effectively communicate technical concepts to various audiences through both oral and written channels.
• Assess remediation proposals critically and suggest alternative solutions under limited supervision, while exhibiting strong understanding of sophisticated application, hardware, and network architectures influencing organizational security.
• Consistently apply corporate ethics and security best practices in daily tasks to maintain enterprise security posture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Pursued a Bachelor's degree, preferably focused on security, networking, software development, or computer science disciplines.
• Possess a minimum of four years of pertinent work experience in ethical hacking, penetration testing, cybersecurity forensics, or threat hunting. In cases lacking a formal degree, an additional four years of relevant experience may be acceptable.
• Hold recognized professional certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN), or an equivalent credential.
• Demonstrate broad professional expertise enabling effective resolution of complex security challenges using creative and pragmatic approaches.
