About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Transition Specialist to oversee multiple payroll transformation initiatives across EMEA, specifically covering Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. This is a 12-month contract position located onsite at our Dublin office, requiring full-time availability five days a week.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end payroll transition projects, including vendor changes in Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands.
- Coordinate the transition from Germany's ADP Streamline Payroll system to ADP Celergo Payroll.
- Engage directly with payroll teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct thorough payroll testing phases, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and parallel runs.
- Perform comprehensive data validation and reconciliation to guarantee accuracy and readiness for go-live.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and establish operational readiness for new payroll processes.
- Deliver training sessions to payroll teams and facilitate the integration of new payroll workflows.
Required Experience and Skills
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in successfully delivering payroll transitions or implementations.
- Proficiency with ADP Celergo Payroll system is essential.
- Expertise in payroll management for Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands.
