About the Role
Shopware is a leading e-commerce platform enabling companies worldwide to scale rapidly and efficiently in digital commerce. This innovative open-source solution supports many of Europe's top brands, retailers, and manufacturers in both B2C and B2B sectors.
As a Senior Partner Manager, you will focus on expanding our partner ecosystem strategically across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will secure new digital agencies, system integrators, and solution partners while nurturing existing collaborations to unlock fresh business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic growth and advancement of the Shopware partner network within the DACH region.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new digital agencies, system integrators, and solution partners.
- Enhance current partnerships and collaboratively explore new business and growth prospects.
- Manage the partner portfolio pipeline, overseeing shared business plans and performance targets.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to craft go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and partner-oriented events.
- Monitor the DACH e-commerce market and competitors, spot emerging opportunities, and build strong connections with key decision-makers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or a similar function.
- Proven skills in establishing and developing partnerships and jointly generating pipeline and revenue.
- Familiarity with the DACH e-commerce market and ideally a network within digital agencies, system integrators, or other commerce partners.
- Combination of strategic thinking with a proactive, hands-on working style; self-driven, organized, and business-oriented.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities comfortable across various stakeholder levels.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
