Senior Oracle Siebel CRM Developer

About the Role

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) seeks a seasoned Senior Siebel CRM Developer to work remotely. The individual will be responsible for architecting, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade Siebel CRM solutions and their integrations, ensuring effectiveness and scalability for large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Siebel CRM applications including custom enhancements.
• Design and implement new services, system integrations, and business features.
• Configure and adapt Siebel applications utilizing Siebel Tools and e-Script technology.
• Develop and manage Web Services, Business Services, Workflow Policies, and Assignment Manager configurations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to support Siebel implementation projects effectively.
• Document technical solutions thoroughly with design, migration, and release artifacts.
• Handle new development requests and improve existing Siebel systems as needed.
• Conduct unit testing, oversee deployments, and support both non-production and live environments.
• Continuously monitor Siebel system configurations across various environments to ensure integrity.
• Troubleshoot production system issues promptly and provide solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Over seven years of practical Siebel CRM development and configuration experience.
• Extensive knowledge in Siebel Tools, Siebel e-Script, e-AI, EIM, and associated Web and Business Services.
• Proficient in handling Siebel administrative functions and environment setup.
• Solid understanding of Oracle Database, SQL, and relational database design.
• Proven record of delivering successful Siebel implementations and integrations at an enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including testing and release processes.
• Experience in sectors like Public Sector, Financial Services, or Call Center environments using Siebel is advantageous.
• Strong critical thinking skills for analysis and problem resolution.
• Excellent communication abilities and experience managing stakeholder relationships.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
• Siebel Certification is a valuable addition.
