About the Role
We are looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Developer with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, Git, Salesforce Platform, and Service Cloud. This position is responsible for enhancing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications, ensuring scalable high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and tailor Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
- Configure Salesforce Platform functions to support organizational requirements and operational workflows.
- Undertake development and ongoing support for Service Cloud applications.
- Utilize Git for version control and coordinate with teams during software releases.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, implement defect remediation following Salesforce standards.
- Engage actively in testing, documenting, deployment, and production support processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Salesforce development.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Salesforce Platform, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Git, and Service Cloud.
- Capability to configure, troubleshoot, customize, and sustain Salesforce solutions.
- Knowledge of development best practices, deployment strategies, comprehensive documentation, and production support workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, clear communication, and teamwork abilities.
