Job Overview
This role offers an opportunity to join CES as a Senior Project/Delivery Manager specializing in Oracle applications based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work mode. The incumbent will manage Oracle Apps EBS/Fusion implementations, upgrades, and support projects valued between $500K to $5M.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS/Fusion projects including implementation, upgrades, and support.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders by regularly updating project progress, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Apply PMP principles and project management processes for successful project execution.
- Manage multiple vendors involved in projects to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Oversee quality assurance activities such as verification, validation, and compliance with external audits.
- Utilize project management tools including MS Project, Zoho, ServiceNow, Jira, as well as MS Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Lead and coach a diverse team consisting of onsite and offshore resources, fostering leadership and development.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience managing Oracle Apps EBS or Fusion implementation/upgrade/support projects.
- Strong oral and written communication with excellent presentation skills.
- Demonstrated expertise running medium to large projects in the range of $500K to $5M.
- Profound knowledge of PMP methodologies and risk management practices.
- Experience in vendor management and quality processes, including exposure to external security or quality audits.
Educational Eligibility
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree such as BBA, BMS, B.Com in Management, B.Tech, or B.E. in any specialization.
