Job description
Job Purpose
This position is responsible for shaping organizational frameworks, policies, and workforce planning systems. It spearheads talent management activities such as succession planning and leadership growth. The role ensures that HR strategies align closely with business objectives to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
Organizational Development
- Create and uphold HR policies, procedures, and internal controls across all HR disciplines to guarantee compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Continuously review and revise HR policies to keep pace with governmental regulations and the evolving needs of the organization.
- Develop and maintain precise job descriptions based on global best practices to clarify role duties and ensure alignment with organizational aims.
- Conduct job evaluations using systematic approaches like the Hay Guide Chart-Profile to assess the relative importance of different roles within the company.
- Formulate and update workforce planning models, track monthly headcount against plans, and recommend proactive measures to resolve any disparities.
- Manage internal promotions and transfers according to approved organizational structures, qualifications, yearly performance reviews, and budget impacts, reflecting changes in the HR information system.
Talent Management
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term workforce and succession plans for critical roles, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and yearly updates.
- Lead the implementation of talent development programs such as career pathing and succession planning while adhering to recognized best practices.
- Design and manage development initiatives tailored for key talents, high-potential staff, and upcoming leaders to support sustained organizational growth and talent retention.
- Oversee programs focused on retaining and nurturing top-performing employees and successors for vital positions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Business Management.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Organizational Development, Talent and Performance Management, or Learning and Development.
- Strong skills in time management and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Excellent presentation capabilities.
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Competent in computer usage.
- Effective communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
