Overview

Join an innovative team in South Wicklow as a Senior NPD Technologist, where you will play a pivotal role in developing new products from the initial idea through to launch. Reporting directly to the NPD Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure projects meet their goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the NPD Manager and team members to successfully drive new product development that aligns with customer needs.
• Ensure all product development complies with applicable regulations, customer standards, and legislation.
• Oversee project schedules and maintain thorough documentation to facilitate smooth product launches.
• Lead initiatives to enhance products based on consumer feedback and evolving market trends; actively participate in innovation brainstorming sessions.
• Manage the transition of products to site teams and validate artwork compliance with legal and customer requirements, continually seeking process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant qualifications or experience within the food industry.
• A degree in Food Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferable.
• A strong passion for food, innovation, and awareness of market trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Being flexible, detail-focused, and a proactive collaborator.
