Role Overview

We seek skilled Cisco Security Engineers to join our expanding team and contribute to developing secure, durable, and advanced security infrastructures for enterprise and service provider clients. This role encompasses various seniority levels—from mid-level engineers managing daily operations to senior consultants or architects spearheading complex security transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco Secure Firewall solutions, including ASA, FTD, FMC, and FDM.
• Implement and administer Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) features such as 802.1X, TACACS+, posture assessment, device profiling, and guest access.
• Support and manage VPN technologies including IPsec, AnyConnect, Secure Client, and Dynamic Multipoint VPN (DMVPN).
• Troubleshoot and manage Cisco security components, ensuring optimal operation and standards compliance.
• Conduct investigations on security incidents, perform root cause analyses, and coordinate with Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as necessary.
• Carry out scheduled changes, system upgrades, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Create and upkeep comprehensive technical documentation including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), system hardening guides, and as-built records.
• For senior engineers: lead security architecture projects, implement zero-trust frameworks, facilitate client workshops, establish governance policies, and mentor junior staff.
