About Compare Club:
Compare Club Home Loans leads the mortgage industry by innovating the borrowing experience for Australians. We operate a highly effective lead-generation system that delivers warm inquiries daily, allowing mortgage brokers to focus on conversion rather than sourcing business.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Mortgage Broker at Compare Club, you will engage with clients nationwide via phone, email, and video conferencing. You will manage an active pipeline of borrower inquiries and lender applications through every step of the lending process, ensuring a straightforward and transparent experience.
Why Work With Us:
- Hybrid working options offer flexibility and reduced commute times.
- Attractive compensation with a base salary plus uncapped commission, targeting an on-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000.
- Modern office located on St Kilda Road with easy access to public transport.
- Warm, consistent lead pipeline provided for conversion, alongside opportunities to generate referrals from satisfied clients.
- Access to an extensive lender panel with over 50 top Australian lenders, enabling tailored and optimal loan solutions.
- Career advancement prospects in a rapidly growing company, including leadership development and professional growth.
- Utilization of contemporary CRM and video conferencing technologies to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in home loan finance with a strong background in lending. You should be skilled at managing high volumes, achieving KPIs consistently, and delivering excellent customer service.
We seek a high-energy, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. You treat your client pipeline efficiently and are not burdened by self-sourcing business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Previous mortgage broking experience with current MFAA Membership.
- Deep knowledge of lending and compliance regulations.
- Completion of Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking or an equivalent qualification in Retail Banking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, video conferencing platforms, and CRM software.
- Confident, energetic personality with resilience to handle high call volumes and adaptability to work hours suited to client availability.
Additional Conditions:
Employment is subject to a satisfactory National Police Check and Credit Check prior to starting. While these checks do not automatically exclude candidates, some findings may prevent employment.
