About the Role
Compare Club is seeking motivated individuals for multiple Re-Engagement Agent positions based in Brisbane CBD starting 7th September 2026. Full-time roles offering a base salary plus uncapped commissions with quarterly salary evaluations. This opportunity is ideal for experienced sales professionals, those returning to work, or individuals ready for a new challenge to earn well and enjoy a supportive work environment with no rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct approximately 200 outbound calls daily, maintaining 3-4 hours of talk time focused on quality and value-driven conversations.
- Commit to meeting and exceeding performance benchmarks consistently.
- Utilize professional scripts alongside personal communication skills to effectively handle objections.
- Qualify warm leads and facilitate timely handovers to the specialist Broker Team.
- Engage in coaching sessions aimed at skill development and maximizing commission potential.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates possess a strong work ethic and may come from diverse backgrounds such as sales, hospitality, media sales, retail, or charity fundraising. Key qualities include excellent customer service skills, resilience, sales confidence, and credibility to advise and influence prospects.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary up to $65,000 plus superannuation, prorated for flexible hours.
- Performance-based commissions without caps; top earners often exceed $130,000 OTE annually.
