Role Overview

We seek experienced Senior ML Compiler Engineers to enhance our compiler infrastructure dedicated to our state-of-the-art AI acceleration hardware. Candidates can opt to work from our Bristol or London office locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the machine learning compiler stack tailored for Fractile’s novel AI accelerators.
• Optimize performance to enable cutting-edge language models to run efficiently on our acceleration platforms.
• Collaborate closely with hardware designers, driver development teams, and ML engineers through a synergistic hardware-software co-design approach.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven development experience with machine learning compilers using leading frameworks like MLIR or TVM.
• Current and thorough understanding of machine learning methods and related technologies.
• Strong grasp of computer architecture concepts and performance tuning strategies.
• Proficient in C and C++ programming with extensive exposure to standard development environments and tools.
• A creative and proactive attitude, coupled with a readiness to take initiative and deliver results in a dynamic setting.
• A degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or an allied discipline, complemented by at least three years of professional experience.
