Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Mechanical/Heat Exchanger Engineer to lead and advance our heat exchanger, industrial radiator, and cooling system operations. The candidate will be pivotal in managing projects from the initial request for quotation through to delivery and commissioning, while enhancing workflows and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations involving shell & tube, plate, and air-cooled heat exchangers.
• Handle industrial and generator radiators, oil coolers, and cooling system tasks.
• Perform thermal calculations, equipment selection, and troubleshooting activities.
• Manage the supply, installation, and commissioning of large-scale equipment.
• Prepare estimations, costings, technical proposals, and foster supplier development.
• Supervise fabrication, QA/QC, and workshop operations.
• Drive productivity improvements and reduce turnaround times.
• Lead projects from RFQ through commissioning ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience working in GCC countries is advantageous.
• Familiarity with HTRI and Aspen EDR software will be considered a plus.
• Ability to integrate engineering expertise with business development to scale operations.
