Job description
About the Role
We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Manager specializing in Talent and Organisation Performance to join a prominent, diversified organization based in Dubai. This role is ideal for a seasoned Talent Management and Organisation Development expert who thrives on creating and building frameworks rather than merely maintaining existing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and continuously enhance the enterprise-wide Performance Management system, encompassing goal setting, rating mechanisms, calibration, governance, and reporting.
- Create an Organizational Balanced Scorecard that translates business strategies into quantifiable business and individual objectives.
- Develop and refine Job Architecture, covering job families, levels, detailed role descriptions, and oversee governance structures.
- Manage job evaluation and benchmarking processes, preferably using tools such as Mercer IPE or Korn Ferry Hay, in collaboration with Total Rewards.
- Establish frameworks for critical roles and talent identification, coordinate talent reviews, and lead succession planning efforts.
- Convert talent-related decisions into actionable initiatives involving employee development, mobility, retention, and workforce management.
- Spearhead people transformation projects from conceptual design, through execution, change management, to adoption.
- Utilize advanced people analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation technologies to enhance decision-making and optimize people management processes.
- Work closely with senior organizational leaders to provide structured insights and challenge complex human resources topics.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Between 5 to over 8 years of meaningful experience in Talent Management, Organisation Development, HR Strategy, or people transformation roles.
- Experience in a Centre of Excellence, consulting setting, or a complex enterprise environment is advantageous.
- Proven capability in designing and implementing people frameworks from the ground up rather than simply managing established methods.
- Hands-on expertise in Performance Management, succession/critical talent management, and Job Architecture with job evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience in formulating or deploying organizational Balanced Scorecards across multiple business sectors.
- Practical knowledge of Mercer IPE and/or Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodologies.
- Deep understanding of how Talent Management, Organisation Development, and Total Rewards interrelate.
- Exceptional senior stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with commercial insight; a keen interest in AI, automation, workforce analytics, and evolving work paradigms.
Why This Opportunity?
This position transcends traditional HR operational roles. It offers a chance to architect foundational people infrastructure, influence executive-level decision-making, and create scalable frameworks that bridge business strategy with organizational capabilities and talent outcomes. If your expertise lies where Talent Management, Organisation Development, and Performance intersect and you have a history of pioneering enterprise-level frameworks, we welcome your application.
