Role Overview

We seek a strategic and operationally adept Senior Manager to oversee and expand Sales Operations for the Asia-Pacific region. This hands-on leadership role supports regional sales teams and assists with integrating newly acquired businesses into the broader Revenue Operations framework. The person in this role will work closely with Strategic Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Systems & Tools, Finance, Enablement, Data, and Customer Success departments. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic leadership, practical execution, cross-functional teamwork, and deep Salesforce CRM expertise within revenue organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and implement Sales Operations strategy and activities throughout APAC.
  • Develop scalable operational processes, governance models, and standardized regional procedures.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to enhance forecasting accuracy and pipeline management.
  • Promote CRM adoption, ensure data quality, and maintain consistent processes across teams.
  • Aid in operational integration and growth initiatives for Latitude and Extreme IX Sales India.
  • Work with Revenue Systems to advance Salesforce capabilities, integrations, and streamline processes.
  • Standardize sales workflows including opportunity handling, quote processes, and territory governance.
  • Create and monitor regional KPIs, operational scorecards, dashboards, and executive reports.
  • Prepare operational strategies for new products, go-to-market efforts, acquisitions, and process implementations.
  • Boost sales efficiency through process simplification and optimization.
  • Partner with Enablement to facilitate process training, documentation, and communications.
  • Lead and coach APAC Sales Operations team members.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and scalability challenges within APAC operations.
  • Support AI readiness initiatives by enhancing data hygiene, process consistency, and workflow controls.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess over 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-To-Market Operations.
  • Have at least 5 years of leadership experience managing global or regional operations teams.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM and designing revenue-related processes.
  • Proven background supporting international sales teams across APAC.
  • Strong skills in sales forecasting, pipeline governance, and analytics.
  • Experience working with channel, partner, and marketplace sales models.
  • Track record of integrating acquired companies and scaling operational maturity.
  • Excellent communication with executives and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with Finance, Data, Product, and Enablement teams.
  • Proficiency in process documentation and managing organizational change.
