Role Summary
As a Senior Manager in HR Analytics, you will lead the execution of KPMG's HR Analytics strategy, providing actionable workforce insights that support data-driven decisions and effective business outcomes. Collaborating closely with HR and enterprise analytics teams, you will guide the development of dashboards, predictive models, and executive reporting while ensuring high standards of data governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the implementation of HR Analytics initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Engage as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders by framing workforce questions and influencing decisions through data analysis.
- Create executive-level reports and dashboards that illustrate HR KPIs, trends, and predictive insights linked to business impact and future talent needs.
- Oversee advanced analytics efforts, including predictive modeling, to anticipate workforce changes and advise talent strategies.
- Maintain rigorous HR data governance protocols to secure data quality, privacy, and rightful usage.
- Collaborate across HR Technology, Enterprise Analytics, and IT departments to enhance the data ecosystem and analytics scalability.
- Enhance the HR Analytics operating framework through governance, prioritization, adoption practices, and continuous improvements.
- Champion innovative and scalable analytics solutions to boost efficiency and maturity within HR analytics capabilities.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing HR Analytics team, focusing on developing expertise in analysis, storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and data governance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Information Management, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- A minimum of seven years in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or similar analytics roles, including experience with senior stakeholder partnerships and project leadership.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL is preferred.
- Strong skills in translating complex workforce datasets into insightful narratives that impact strategic decision-making.
- Expertise in analytics techniques, data modeling, statistical evaluation, and predictive analysis suited to complex business challenges.
- Advanced capabilities in data visualization and storytelling, with experience developing executive dashboards.
- Experience managing large, diverse datasets from multiple structured and unstructured sources, coupled with robust SQL proficiency.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities with senior and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing analytics teams and prioritizing projects under evolving conditions.
- Highly developed project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Committed to continuous improvement, innovation, operational excellence, and promoting data-driven culture.
- Bilingualism in English and French, along with prior experience handling HR systems and data, is considered a strong asset.

Compensation at this role ranges approximately between 104,000 to 156,000 CAD annually, with eligibility for performance bonuses and comprehensive total rewards aligned with location and qualifications.
