Key Responsibilities

- Act as the principal FP&A associate to G&A leaders, gaining in-depth understanding of their business drivers and aligning financial strategies with the company's overarching goals.
- Manage the complete G&A forecast and budget process, including headcount planning, operational expense forecasting, and reconciliation of actual financial data against budget plans, consolidating results into a comprehensive G&A overview.
- Create and present management reports that summarize G&A financial performance, facilitating informed decision-making among senior leadership such as the CFO, Chief People Officer, CIO, and Chief Legal Officer.
- Collaborate with business units to modernize and automate forecasting and planning tools, enhancing capabilities within the Pigment financial planning platform.
- Encourage and standardize AI integration across the FP&A team to accelerate and improve quality of financial analysis.
- Oversee the month-end close processes for G&A, including verifying headcount data, reviewing accruals, and analyzing budget versus actual spend.
- Coordinate workforce planning efforts with Recruitment and HR to ensure alignment and effective reporting for G&A leadership and executives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum of six years' experience in FP&A or related finance roles, with prior managerial or mentoring responsibilities.
- Proficient in financial modelling, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Pigment or similar financial planning software.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting partnerships with business stakeholders across various organizational levels, especially within G&A functions.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a talent for synthesizing complex and disorganized information.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a proven record of producing precise and accurate reports under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to tailor messages for diverse audiences including varying levels of financial understanding and seniority.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, extract insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Effective project and team management capabilities, with enthusiasm for developing a team and overseeing operational rhythms within the function.
