Job description
About Atlas Growth Team
Atlas Growth is a specialized cloud engineering group dedicated to supporting customers throughout their application development lifecycle, including cluster setup, data modeling, load testing, and managing production environments at scale. Our team leverages an internal experimentation platform that allows us to quickly validate features, ensuring only beneficial updates reach customers. We operate in cross-functional squads comprising product managers, designers, analysts, and researchers who focus on key performance metrics like user retention. Our engineering efforts contribute to the broader Atlas Core Engineering organization, which underpins MongoDB's developer data platform.
The Atlas Growth 2 team develops user-facing capabilities within Atlas, collaborating with other growth engineering groups. Notable initiatives include deploying an AI-driven chatbot to facilitate cluster creation, implementing a recommendation engine for database optimization, and redesigning the pricing page to enhance conversion rates. This position is based in Dublin under a hybrid work arrangement.
