Senior Manager, Field Engineering

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager in Field Engineering to oversee a skilled and diverse team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. This leadership role blends technological expertise with business acumen, driving impactful solution designs and fostering growth through innovation and collaboration.

In this position, you will empower your team to clearly articulate complex concepts, support strategic engagements with enterprise customers, and cultivate strong partnerships with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to a high-performing and inclusive pre-sales team.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to identify opportunities and deliver value-centric, data-driven solutions.

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Services, and various cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
