Position Overview

As Senior Manager Executive Search based in Bad Vilbel, Germany, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership—CEO, CFO, CHRO, and global function heads—providing insights into talent availability, market trends, and competitive intelligence. This role requires leading comprehensive global Executive Search initiatives from market mapping through candidate outreach and pipeline development to succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior executives regarding talent acquisition and market insights.
• Lead end-to-end global Executive Search efforts, including creating longlists and shortlists, and directly engaging senior candidates.
• Develop and maintain global leadership talent pipelines to support succession planning.
• Enhance process efficiency and maintain consistent global standards for Executive Search.
• Manage relationships and evaluate performance of external search firms aligned with STADA’s expectations.
• Deliver a high-quality, confidential candidate experience, embodying STADA’s leadership ethos and employer value proposition.

Candidate Profile

• 10 to 15 years of experience in Executive Search, either in-house or within leading search firms.
• Proven success in recruiting Executive-level roles, with an extensive global network within Pharma, Consumer Health, FMCG, or private equity-backed sectors.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and global talent intelligence.
• High discretion, agility, and ownership in managing recruitment tasks.
• Excellent English communication skills; German language proficiency is a plus.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, international work environments.
