About the Role
Join our Technology Strategy & Transformation team as a Senior Manager focused on Enterprise AI Value Strategy. Partner with top-tier clients to unlock exceptional value from AI-driven software delivery—a critical priority for businesses globally as they shift towards AI-native engineering.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead advisory engagements with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and engineering leaders to reinvent software ideation, design, development, testing, security, and deployment using AI.
- Develop AI-based software delivery transformation strategies and convert them into actionable plans covering SDLC targets, platform and tooling architecture, productivity metrics, operating model evolution, and value realization.
- Conduct executive discovery sessions to identify AI adoption opportunities and define transformation roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
- Shape enterprise AI and data architectures including AI platform strategies, agentic architectures, data strategies, semantic layers, and target AI capabilities, demonstrating technical expertise in platforms such as GCP, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or Anthropic.
- Build and lead cross-disciplinary consulting teams spanning strategy, architecture, data, engineering, and change management while maintaining strong executive stakeholder relationships.
- Drive growth of the practice by developing go-to-market strategies, innovating solutions, leading proposals, and originating AI opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 14 years of experience including AI and data projects involving solution design, architecture, or delivery with significant consulting and large-scale delivery exposure.
- Strong background in advising C-suite executives on operating model and process changes related to AI transformations.
- Understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI principles, AI risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in enterprise operating model design, organizational redesign, and workforce transformation for AI-native businesses.
- Capacity to lead large AI transformation efforts, strategic partnerships, and technology ecosystem collaborations.
- Proven expertise in executive communication, thought leadership, and influencing decision-making at the highest organizational levels.
- Technical fluency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data platform (Databricks, Snowflake), or foundation models (Anthropic, OpenAI).
- Industry specialization in sectors such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, or Banking with the ability to lead process reinvention agendas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA highly preferred.
